Brigid McLaughlin is a niche designer womenswear company known for its focus on sustainable and ethically sourced natural fabrics, minimal waste designs and customer education on the importance of slow fashion

·       Promoted from Sustainability Consultant and Retail Sales to Operations Lead

·       Developed garment patterns for Summer, 2016 Collection; digitized paper patterns into StyleCAD software

·       Coordinated and managed critical pathways for garment production overseeing production cycle from range plan, garment costing, line sheets, look books, wholesale order forms, pattern development, sampling, grading, ordering fabrics and notions to supplying cut sheets, creating specs and tech packs, Quality Control for all samples and production, and dispatching to boutiques
